We took the title of FIRST WHISKEY PRODUCER IN QLD - Award Winning Whiskey 3/10/2023

Cedric and Carol-Anne Millar first started the journey in the distillation process in 2009,
since then production has grown, giving us the opportunity to upgrade our little still named Mr
Squiggle, to the big custom made beauty we have today.

Here at Castle Glen, our Award Winning Whiskey is made using only the finest malt and
barley grain sourced from Switzerland. Double distilled and aged in oak barrels. Minimal
filtration is used, producing only the purest quality Whiskey, which is bottled at barrel strength.

We pride ourselves in making all natural alcohol products, with no nasties added. We believe good Whiskey speaks for itself so that is what we let our award winning Whiskey do.

In the 14 years of creating Whiskey, we have also expanded into making Whiskey Liqueurs. We now have a range of Whiskey Liqueurs such as Bishops Choice, Whiskello, Lazy Knight and many more.

Castle Glen has won over 15 awards at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards for our Whiskey products alone.
