Merlot Wine - Vintage 2016

Selectively handpicked Merlot grapes from the Castle Glen Vineyard are used in this quintessential Granite Belt Red. Merlot grapes grown in the cool climate creates a lighter bodied wine showing spicy black pepper aromatics.
A soft, smooth red wine as Merlot is known for with a lovely sweetness from the matured 2016 grapes makes this wine perfect drinking with lamb dishes, pizza or a pasta meal.

No added sulphites (preservatives) and no artificial colouring used. Aged in American Oak.
