Our take on the classic "Rum Swizzle" Cocktail. Using our very own Small Batch Dark Rum, award winning bitters and Organic Ginger brew. This cocktail is a great afternoon treat anytime of the year. Quick, easy, all natural and 100% delicious!
Ingredients
- 30ml Castle Glen's Dark Rum - 12 Year Old
- 60ml Castle Glen's Ginger Brew
Out of stock - 5ml Castle Glen's Bitters - Aromatic
- approx 150ml Pineapple Juice
Instructions
- Add Dark Rum, Ginger brew and Pineapple juice to a shaker with ice.
- shake well and pour into a cocktail glass.
- splash in your bitters, stir and enjoy!
