Queensland Delight Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 750g Chocolate Wafer Biscuits
- 1/2 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1/2 cup Castle Glen's White Heaven Creme Liqueur
- 1/2 cup Castle Glen's Queensland Delight Liqueur
- 1/3 cup Icing Sugar
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine wafers, cocoa, and pecans. Blend until reduced to crumbs, pulsing for several seconds at a time.
- Add White Heaven Cr
- Using your hands, form a dough into one-inch round balls.
- Roll in Icing Sugar.
- Store in an airtight container for up to one month (or longer in the freezer).
