A semi-sweet sparkling red wine perfect for summer - a vibrant rich red colour that only the Chambourcin Grape produces with complex yeast characters. A single vintage Chambourcin Sparkling Wine made in the traditional method - Technique Traditionelle - matured in single bottles on yeast lees for 3 years.
